1. Who we are
OSRSAHK is the official hub for the BBT Old School RuneScape product ecosystem. This policy covers OSRSAHK pages, product access flows, activation pages, support tools and related BBT products.
Products covered may include BBT-PK / BBT AHK PK, BBT-Skiller BOT, BBT - OSRS CLIENT and future related BBT products offered through OSRSAHK.
2. Patreon, payments and membership verification
Patreon may be used as a third-party membership, checkout, billing, download and subscription platform. OSRSAHK does not receive or store Patreon passwords, does not collect full credit card numbers and does not directly process Patreon billing.
When a user chooses to connect or activate through Patreon, OSRSAHK may use Patreon OAuth/API access only to verify limited membership information, such as Patreon user identifier, email address when authorized by scope, campaign membership, membership status, eligible tier, entitlement status, charge status, product access and activation eligibility.
3. Activation, license and device data
Activation systems may process limited technical data needed to decide whether a BBT product can be activated. This may include request-token data generated by the app, activation result data, hashed device identifiers, activation timestamps, license status, expiration information, product context, activation count and device count.
Device identifiers should be stored in hashed form where applicable and used only for access control, abuse prevention, support and license enforcement.
4. Support, correction and removal requests
If you contact support, OSRSAHK may process the information you choose to send, such as screenshots, error messages, purchase-channel context, activation status, product name and a description of the issue.

5. Payment and marketplace information
Payments, checkout, billing, subscription management, purchase chat, download access and post-sale delivery may be handled by Patreon, DFG or another marketplace used by the buyer. OSRSAHK is not the card processor for those platforms and does not receive the user’s full payment card details.
OSRSAHK may use platform-provided information only to verify product access, membership eligibility, tier entitlement, purchase status or activation status.
6. Information OSRSAHK does not store
OSRSAHK does not store Patreon passwords, does not collect full credit card numbers, does not directly process Patreon billing and does not sell personal data.
OSRSAHK also does not intentionally publish private activation codes, backend secrets, Patreon client secrets, refresh tokens, access tokens, webhook secrets or private issuer keys on the public website.
7. Data sharing and third-party services
OSRSAHK may rely on third-party services such as Patreon, DFG, Cloudflare, hosting providers, analytics or security services, only as needed to provide the site, membership verification, activation, delivery, security, support and abuse-prevention workflows.
Each third-party platform may have its own privacy, billing, account and support rules.
8. Security, abuse prevention and retention
OSRSAHK may retain limited records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate access, activation, support, fraud prevention, abuse prevention and compliance workflows. Retention periods may vary depending on product, purchase channel, support need and operational requirements.
Security measures are designed to reduce risk, but no website, membership system or activation system can be guaranteed to be risk-free.
9. Your choices and rights
You may request correction, review or removal of support-related information by contacting OSRSAHK. Some technical records may need to be retained where required for activation integrity, abuse prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling or platform compliance.
